How do I set up CalmCell?
Go to Settings, then Battery, then CalmCell, and switch it on.
Is overheating truly impossible?
No. CalmCell is designed to lower the risk, not remove it.
What charger should I use?
The charger and cable supplied in the box.
How long will the battery last?
It varies with use. Confirmed runtime numbers will be listed here.
What should I do if it gets very hot?
Unplug it, move it away from heat and let it cool. Contact support if it repeats.
What materials are used?
Material information will appear once the manufacturer confirms it.
How do I store the phone?
Keep it cool and dry, partly charged, and out of children's reach.
Can I use other chargers?
We recommend the included one. Others may not work with CalmCell as designed.
The battery is swollen or smells burnt. What now?
Stop using it, unplug it, keep it away from flammable items and call support.
